After breakfast at the hotel, you will participate in a cooking class in Hoi An. A chef-guided tour to the local colorful and crowded Hoi An market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. On the way back to restaurant, walk along the busy river bank before boarding our boat for a transfer to the restaurant. It takes around 25 mins on the quiet river, see the living activities of local fishing people. Start cooking lesson, your chef will introduce you to the local ingredients, take you through the preparation, and explain the Hoi An style of cooking. In the afternoon, you will have time to explore the speaceful beauty of Hoi An. Hoi An is one of the largest trading ports in Southeast Asia, which was founded between the 15th and the 19th cecentury. Stroll through the narrow and winding streets of the old quarter with your guide to visit the Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, and the Japanese Bridge.
