Detailed program

Day 01. Siem Reap arrival

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m. Earlier check-in is possible for a surcharge
Transfer airport - hotel: 50km (50min. – 1 hour)

Day 02. Siem Reap - Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm - Angkor Wat

Have breakfast at the hotel, then we start the day with a visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom (Angkor Thom means "Great City" in English), the famous Bayon Temple built in late 12th century, the Baphoun Temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, Terrace of the Elephants, Terrace of Leper King and Phimean Akas. Continue to visit Ta Prohm, embraced by tree routes and gigantic creepers. Have lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will visit the World Heritage site "Angkor Wat", which is the world's largest religious building. In the evening, enjoy Cambodia circus – Phare performers. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 03. Siem Reap - Angkor complex

Start our day with visiting Banteay Srei, "The Citadel of Women" built when the Khmer Empire was gaining significant power. Like numerous others, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. This destination is especially remarkable for being a masterpiece of Khmer art with intricate pink sandstone construction and ornate design. Followed up will be a visit Bamteay Samre, a Hindu temple in the architectural style of Angkor Wat. Then, transfer to Preak Dak village to participate in a local village activities such as: visiting sugar palm and farmer rural life with ox-cart tour, learn to make sugar palm and to make Krolan (cooking rice in bamboo or Rice plantation). Stay overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 04. Siem Reap – Floating village – Phnom Penh

We will directly transfer to the floating village of Kompong Pluk to discover the daily life in Cambodia. We will then board a traditional wooden boat for a short cruise on the river and Tonle Sap Lake (called Grand Lake). We will get to explore lifely and populated villages with wooden houses on stilts. Here, fishing is practived by everyone, from children to women in their 70s. After that, we will return to landing and get back on road to Phnom Penh. Stop to visit the Naga Bridge, an old Angkorian bridge that is still in use. Then, we will drop by Skun Market, a unique market where spiders are sold. Arrrive in Phnom Penh, check in and overnight at the hotel.
Transfer Siem Reap – Phnom Penh: 320km (5.5 – 6 hours)

Day 05. Phnom Penh visit

After breakfast, we will start exploring Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. We will commence our tour with a visit to the National Museum, the largest archaeological museum contains a collection of Khmer art - notably sculptures - throughout history. Then, you will get to visit the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda, which is located within the grounds of the Royal Palace. The Silver Pagoda is named so because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles. Your next destination will be Wat Phnom pagoda, the spiritual heart of the city. We will end the day with an opportunity to discover the sweet specialities typical of the Mekong Delta by trying out the local desserts in the central market. Overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh.

Day 06. Phnom Penh - Phnom Chisor - Kampot

After breakfast, we will go on an excursion to discover the Tonle Bati Lake, a small lake about 30 km south of Phnom Penh. Nearby the lake is Ta Prohm, a temple built in 12th century by Jayavarman VII and 20 minutes south of the lake is another temple called Phnom Chisor, a pre-Angkorian Brahmin temple of Suryagiri (10-11th century) that sits on top of the hill (503 steps) and offers a fabulous view of the surrounding plains. Lunch enroute. After that, we will transfer to Kampot, visit a pepper farm in the Kampot before getting off at a hotel for overnight.
Transfer Phnom Penh – Kampot: 140 km (3 – 3.5 hours)

Day 07. Kampot - Sihanoukville - Koh Rong

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then go to visit salt fields. You will see how to famers work on the Salt Fields. Cambodia exports a variety of goods, including salt products. The majority of the goods are produced in Kampot, which is close to the sea. Afterwards, depart to Bokor Mountain to admire the captivating landscape with majestic mountain views, an amazing road trip and an exceptional adventure experience. Continue to transfer to the Sihanoukville pier and embark the speedboat to Koh Rong, which is an ideal destination for those who are looking for a peaceful and leisurely vacation. Overnight at hotel in Koh Rong.
Transfer Kampot – Sihanoukville: 145km ( 3 - 3.5 hours)
Speedboat Sihanoukville – Koh Rong: 45 minutes

Breakfast at hotel. Day at your leisure, enjoy the beach with white sand and crystal water.

Breakfast at the hotel, free time until embarking the speedboat to Sihanoukville pier and being taken back to Phnom Penh, passing through the spectacular rural landscape. Overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh
Transfer Sihanoukville – Phnom Penh : 225km (3.5 – 4 hours)
Speedboat Koh Rong – Sihanoukville: 45 minutes

Day 12. Phnom Penh departure

Have breakfast at the hotel, free at your leisure before moving to the airport for departure flight.
